Claremont Cricket Club batsman Tristan Perez hit a double-century against Cape Town Cricket Club at the Boon Wallace Oval in the 2025-26 Western Province Cricket Association reserve division A on Saturday, 31 January.
Perez scored 237 off 113 balls. His innings included 21 fours and 20 sixes. He hit six consecutive sixes in one over.
This is the first double-century at the Boon Wallace Oval since 2016, when Cape Town Cricket Clubs Nicholas Scott hit 200 not out against Bellville Cricket Club in the WPCA reserve division B.
