1. Batsman Bamanye Xenxe has left Mpumalanga for Boland. “Bamanye is an exciting all-rounder in the Andile Phehlukwayo mould,” said Mpumalanga coach Gordon Matheson last year.
2. Batsman Evan Jones has joined the Lions from Northern Cape. “What Northern Cape Heat has done for me and what the coach, Mark Charlton, has done for me something that I am very grateful for,” Jones told OFM.
3. Seamer Khwezi Gumede has moved to Boland from Easterns. Gumede will join a Boland squad that has also gained former Proteas batsman Farhaan Behardien.
4. Batsman Cameron Delport has joined the Lions from KwaZulu-Natal Inland. This is effectively a return to top-tier domestic cricket for Delport, who previously played for the Dolphins.
5. Batsman Musawenkosi Twala has gone to the Titans from Easterns. Twala’s talent was particularly evident during a century against Limpopo during the 2021-22 season.
