Zimbabwe, Oman, West Indies, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, United States of America, Scotland and Nepal failed to qualify for the World Cup in India later this year.

Sri Lanka beat Netherlands by 128 runs at Harare Sports Club.

Half-centurion Sahan Arachchige pushed Sri Lanka’s final total to 233 all out in 47.5 overs. Four Netherlands bowlers took four wicket each.

Spinner Maheesh Theekshana took four wickets in Netherlands’ response of 105 all out in 23.3 overs. Opener Max O’Dowd hit 33.

The West Indies reached a final total of 297 all out in 49.3 overs. Middle-order batsman Johnson Charles struck 66 and captain Shai Hope 54. All-rounders Jason Holder and Roston Chase hit 56 and 55, respectively. Seamer Kyle Phillip and spinner Steven Taylor took three wickets each.

The USA’s reply reached 258 for seven in 50 overs. Batsman Gajanand Singh hit 101 not out. Seamers Kyle Mayers and Alzarri Joseph took two wickets each.
