1. Wicketkeeper-batsman Jason Oakes has left North West for the Northern Cape. Oakes’ single season with North West was limited – and included a pair of ducks in a first-class fixture against the Warriors.

2. Spinner Tshepo Ntuli has exited the Lions for the Northern Cape. Ntuli was also capped at franchise level by the Knights and Warriors.

3. Seamer Alindile Mhletywa has joined KwaZulu-Natal Inland from the Warriors. Mhletywas only played three matches for the Warriors during the 2021-22 season.

4. Batsman Thamsanqa Khumalo has moved from the Dolphins to KwaZulu-Natal Inland. He averaged under 18 at first-class level during the 2021-22 season.

5. Spinner Lizo Makosi has departed the Warriors for Mpumalanga. Makosi is one of very few lef-arm wrist spinners in South African professional cricket. Border’s Thomas Kaber is another.
