All-rounder Andile Phehlukwayo and Janneman Malan have been named in South Africa’s squad for next month’s ODI series against India.
The Proteas have selected Phehlukwayo and Malan for the tour of India. They however, are not in the squad for the T20 World Cup in Australia in October 2022.
“Before the T20 World Cup, we have an important tour to India beginning in the coming weeks and this will provide some valuable game time for head coach Mark Boucher and his team to finalise their preparations for the tournament,” said Cricket South Africa director of cricket Enoch Nkwe.
