Proteas fast bowler Anrich Nortje has joined the Pretoria franchise in Cricket South Africa’s new T20 league.
The franchise is owned by JSW Sports, who also own the Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League.
Nortje represented the Capitals in the 2022 edition of the IPL.
Proteas batsman Aiden Markram, meanwhile, has been signed by the Port Elizabeth franchise.
Sun TV Network Limited bought the PE franchise – and also own the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League.
Markram played for the Sunrisers in the 2022 IPL. He was previously with the Punjab Kings.
