Batsman Nonelela Yikha has joined Mpumalanga for the 2024-25 domestic season in South Africa.
Yikha, who previously represented Border, has been capped 21 times in first-class cricket – and has scored one century.
Mpumalanga have also signed wicketkeeper-batsman Musa Twala.
Twala was previously with the Titans. He has also played for South Africa Emerging.
New Mpumalanga head coach Mbasa Gqadushe also confirmed retaining seamers Gareth Dukes and Jon Hinrichsen – and releasing all-rounder Alex Kok and Gregory Mahlokwana.
Mpumalanga compete in division two of South African domestic cricket. They ended the 2023-24 4-Day Domestic Series, division two, in last position after one win, three losses and two draws.
