Border Over-40 have named the squad for May 2025’s inter-provincial tournament in Port Elizabeth.
The squad includes several players from the same tournament in 2023. This includes trio Daniel Stephen, Jason Kumm and Michael van Wyk. Stephen has been appointed captain.
South Africa Over-40 all-rounder Lundi Mbane and former first-class cricketer Bryan Voke have also been selected.
“The tournament will be a hybrid tournament – T20 and 45 overs per side. The selectors have selected a strong squad, which will allow a strong team in both formats,” read a statement from Border Veterans Cricket.
“Let’s follow in the footsteps of Border Over-50 and bring home some silverware.”
