South Africa have a busy year ahead of them. Their World Test Championship final against Australia in England in June will be followed by series with Zimbabwe, Australia and West Indies.

The Proteas will play two Tests against Zimbabwe, who will also host New Zealand, in Bulawayo from late June to early July 2025.

“This is the biggest international home season we have had in years, and it is an incredible opportunity for our players to test themselves against two of the world’s cricketing powerhouses,” said Zimbabwe Cricket managing director Givemore Makoni.

“Hosting South Africa and New Zealand for both Test cricket and an exciting T20I tri-series is a fantastic development for the growth of the game in Zimbabwe. We are looking forward to welcoming the teams and putting on a great spectacle for our passionate cricket fans.”

Cricket fans frequently enjoy the opportunity to back the Proteas across all three formats. This can be done on online betting on bettors.co.za, which offers Test, ODI and T20 cricket. South Africa, of course, will be involved in all three of these formats in their upcoming season.

South Africa will tour Australia, who will also host India, for three T20Is and three ODIs through August.

“We smashed many records for attendance, viewing audiences and digital engagement last summer and we’re confident that this incredible momentum will continue throughout what promises to be an engrossing season,” said Cricket Australia’s outgoing chief executive officer Nick Hockley.

“We are extremely grateful for the cooperation and support of all our government, venue, broadcast and commercial partners who ensure Australia’s national sport continues to deliver brilliant experiences in stadiums and drive participation across the country.”

From mid-November to mid-December, the Proteas will tour India for two Tests, three ODIs and five T20Is.

“India will host South Africa for a gripping contest across all three formats. The Test series against South Africa will be historic as Guwahati is set to host its maiden Test,” read a statement from the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

“The series will begin in Delhi on 14 November, with Guwahati hosting the second Test from 22 November,”

“India and South Africa will then battle it out in a three-match ODI series and a five-match T20I series in December, with the final ODI taking place in Ahmedabad.”

In January 2026, South Africa will host the West Indies for five T20Is.

“The SA20 will also take place before the T20 International series against West Indies, with both providing valuable game time ahead of next year’s T20 World Cup,” said CSA chief executive officer Pholetsi Moseki.

“We are looking forward to seeing our women take on Ireland and Pakistan. These tours not only provide our team with strong competition but also give our fans an opportunity to watch the Proteas Women compete at their favourite venues across the country.”
