The Warriors have upgraded all-rounder CJ King’s contract for the 2025-26 domestic season in South Africa.
King, who was on a high performance contract, has been upgraded to a full contract.
King was the Warriors’ highest wicket-taker in the 2024-25 T20 Challenge and third-highest in the 4-Day Domestic Series, division one.
The Warriors have gained seamers Gideon Peters and Kerwin Mungroo from North West, seamer Aphiwe Mnyanda from Border, batsman Modiri Litheko from Northern Cape and spinner Thomas Kaber from South Western Districts.
Seamers Alfred Mothoa and Renaldo Meyer, all-rounder Beyers Swanepoel and batsman Diego Rosier have left the Warriors. Mothoa, Meyer and Swanepoel have joined North West, the Tuskers and Lions, respectively. Rosier has also joined North West.
The Warriors have retained head coach Robin Peterson and assistant coach Mark Charlton.
