Batsman Saif Zaib has joined Cravenby Cricket Club ahead of the second half of the 2025-26 Western Province Cricket Association first division A.
Zaib plays for Northamptonshire in the United Kingdom – and was the leading run-scorer in the 2025 County Championship, division two.
He scored 1,425 runs in 24 innings at an average of 65. His tally included six centuries and seven half-tons.
Cravenby Cricket Club currently occupy first position on this season’s WPCA first division A points table. They have won 10 matches and lost one.
Meanwhile, Derbyshire batsman Harry Came will join Claremont Cricket Club in the WPCA premier league again this month. This will be Came’s sixth season with Claremont Cricket Club.

Durbanville Cricket Club have Jersey’s Ben Ward and Brackenfell Cricket Club have the Netherlands’ Ryan Klein.
