The Western Province Cricket Association have released the final draft of fixtures for the 2020-21 club season.
The season has effectively been halved amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Notable opening fixtures in the final draft
In the WPCA premier league, Durbanville Cricket Club’s opening fixture is against Rondebosch Cricket Club. Rylands Cricket Club’s first-ever premier league fixture will be against Claremont Cricket Club.
Milnerton Cricket Club’s opening match in the first division A will be against Strandfontein Cricket Club. Northerns Goodwood Cricket Club will host Primrose Cricket Club.
Edgemead Cricket Club will face Bishop Lavis Cricket Club in the opening round of the first division B. Kuils River Cricket Club’s campaign will open against St Augustine Cricket Club.
The format of the third division has changed, with teams spread across six tiers. Previously, there was a third division A, B and C comprising two groups each.
