Seamer Duan Jansen will move to the Titans for the 2025-26 domestic season in South Africa.
Jansen was with North West previously. He will join brother Marco Jansen, who has also exited North West for the Titans. Marco Jansen has also played for the Warriors. Duan Jansen has also played for Free State.
Earlier this month, seamer Alfred Mothoa confirmed leaving the Warriors for North West. Mothoa has also represented the Knights and Titans.
“I’m happy that we’ve signed Alfred. We always speak about improving each year, and adding him to our armoury is definitely a step in the right direction,” North West head coach Craig Alexander told OFM.
“He is a very unorthodox bowler and a top professional both on and off the field. We’re really happy and grateful to have Alfred in our changing room.
“We wish him all the best, and we’re confident we’ll work well together during the pre-season so that, come the start of the new campaign, he’ll be ready and raring to go in the Dragons’ colours. We’re really looking forward to having him here.
“What we do know is that we’ve achieved a lot this past season. With the squad we’ve put together, we’ve focused on executing our skills and plans properly. The results didn’t always go our way, but we’ll come back stronger.”
Meanwhile, seamer Renaldo Meyer has left the Warriors. Meyer has joined the Tuskers, who have been promoted to division one after winning three titles during the 2024-25 season. He has also played for North West and Western Province.
