Former Cape Cobras, Titans, Warriors and Lions batsman Qaasim Adams will play for the Northern Cape Heat in Cricket South Africa’s T20 Knockout competition.
Adams has joined Northern Cape on a “short-term “deal” for the new tournament.
The 37-year-old left-hander is vastly experienced, having collected 95 first-class, 88 List A and 67 T20 appearances across 20 years of semi-professional and professional cricket – at provincial and franchise level – in South Africa.
