South Western Districts have signed former South Africa Under-19 captain George van Heerden ahead of the 2024-25 domestic season.
Van Heerden was capped once by the Warriors during the 2023-24 One-Day Cup.
He captained South Africa at the 2022 Under-19 World Cup – and has since played for South Africa Emerging and represented the country at the recent African Games in Ghana.
South Western Districts have also signed former Dolphins fast bowler Lifa Ntanzi and batsman Yaseen Valli from the Tuskers.
SWD have lost batsman Jean du Plessis to the Warriors.
