3. John Traicos – South Africa > Zimbabwe
Traicos played three Tests for South Africa in 1970 – and four Tests and 27 ODIs for Zimbabwe from 1983 to 1993.
4. Kepler Wessels – Australia > South Africa
Wessels played 24 Tests and 54 ODIs for Australia from 1982 to 1985 – and 16 Tests and 55 ODIs for South Africa from 1991 to 1994.
5. Roelof van der Merwe – South Africa > Netherlands
