Seamer Jesse Albanie has moved to Easterns for the 2025-26 domestic season in South Africa.
Albanie was with Limpopo. He was their second-highest wicket-taker in the 2024-25 4-Day Domestic Series, division two. He was their joint-highest wicket-taker in the One-Day Cup, division two.
Easterns have also signed all-rounder Ernest Kemm. He has returned from Northern Cape – and was the fifth-highest run-scorer and second-highest wicket-taker in the 2024-25 4-Day Domestic Series, division two.
“I am going back to Easterns – I am happy they have offered me the opportunity to move back. This is purely a family move – so no hard feelings with Northern Cape,” Kemm told Club Cricket SA.
“I loved competing for trophies with the Heat – I made a lot of great memories. I have also enjoyed growing my role with the ball and am happy to contribute with bat and ball – what the team needs, when they need it.”
