Kagiso Cricket Club have unveiled upgraded changerooms as part of the Central Gauteng Lions’ transformation objectives.
The upgrades were done in partnership with Mogale City, Ashraful Aid and BRM Ribs.
“The facility represents a more modern and appealing environment with the sole purpose of creating a conducive and friendly environment for players, staff, visitors and management,” read a statement from Central Gauteng Lions.
“The Kagiso Sports Complex, which is home to the Kagiso Cricket Club, was the only premier league A club in the country without changerooms, which has always put the team at a disadvantage as they were unable to host any high-profile matches.”
What Kagiso Cricket Club chairperson Frank Nkwe said
“The project speaks to ensuring continuous infrastructure development and the use of quality facilities in order to produce talented players,” said Nkwe.
