The Lions have upgraded batsman Richard Seletswane to a full contract ahead of the 2025-26 domestic season in South Africa.
Seletswane’s Lions team-mate Tiaan Brits has also been upgraded to a full contract. They previously had high performance contracts.
The Lions have signed former Warriors seamers Beyers Swanepoel and Siya Plaatjie – and Proteas spinner Bjorn Fortuin – on full contracts. Fortuin recently lost a Cricket South Africa contract.
The Warriors, meanwhile, have upgraded seamer CJ King to a full contract – and given Zimbabwe first-class cricketer Jordan Morris a high performance contract.
Elsewhere in division one, the Tuskers have given a high performance contract to South Africa Under-19 captain Muhammad Bulbulia.
In division two, Border have given all-rounder Lihle Sizani a full contract, too.
