Lyndon Mert was named Kuils River Cricket Club’s Sportsman of the Year for the 2021-22 Western Province Cricket Association season recently.
Hickliff van Reenen won Kuils River Cricket Club’s Cricketer of the Year award.
Arno Pekeur claimed the club’s Chairman Award. Pekeur was also named Rookie of the Year.
Sheldon Adams won the All-rounder of the Year prize.
Ashwell Magiel clinched the Most Improved Cricketer accolade.
The Most Promising Cricketer prize went to Herschelle Ceylon.
Kuils River Cricket Club’s first XI competed in the 2021-22 WPCA first division B. They finished in second position after 13 wins and four losses – and have been promoted to the 2022-23 first division A.
