Warwickshire all-rounder Jake Lintott has joined Milnerton Cricket Club in the 2025-26 Western Province Cricket Association first division A.
Lintott debuted in first-class cricket in 2022 – and has experience in the Caribbean Premier League, Bangladesh Premier League and The Hundred.
“We would like to welcome Jake Lintott. After years on the minor counties circuit and short stints with Hampshire and Gloucestershire, he secured a life-changing opportunity with Warwickshire in 2020,” read a statement from Milnerton Cricket Club.
“He quickly became a T20 specialist, known for his wily left-arm wrist spin. He rose to national prominence during the inaugural season of The Hundred, where he was a key part of the title-winning Southern Brave side, finishing as their leading wicket-taker.
“As a left-arm wrist-spinner, he provides a point of difference that many batsmen find difficult to pick. We look forward to having Jake as a part of our family over the next few months.
“Your presence will be a huge boost to our squad, both on the field and in the clubhouse. We cannot wait to see his wrist spin on the pitch and to learn from your experience. Here’s to a fantastic season together.”
Milnerton Cricket Club currently occupy fifth position on this season’s WPCA first division A points table. They have won six and lost four matches.
Earlier this month, Cravenby Cricket Club signed Northamptonshire batsman Saif Zaib in the WPCA first division A.
Meanwhile, Derbyshire batsman Harry Came will join Claremont Cricket Club in the WPCA premier league again this month. This will be Came’s sixth season with Claremont Cricket Club.
