All-rounder Kyle Simmonds was named Men’s Player of the Year at the Western Province Cricket Association awards for the 2021-22 South African domestic season on Wednesday.
Simmonds also won the Men’s Players’ Player of the Year and 4-Day Domestic Series Player of the Year awards.
Seamer Tshepo Moreki and spinner Junaid Dawood were named One-Day Cup Player of the Year and T20 Challenge Player of the Year, respectively.
Batsman Jonathan Bird won the Men’s Young Player of the Year award.
