Bedford’s trio of tons
- 29 January: 117 not out v Montrose Cricket Club
- 13 February: 110 not out v Edgemead Cricket Club
- 19 February: 103 v Hottentots Holland Cricket Club
“The three tons in a row is a a club record for our club, which was established in 1977. Maybe this is a record across all club leagues, but there are no proper records for this sort of thing,” said Yorkshire Cricket Club coach Shaamiel Bey.
“Nadeem did not play against Bishop Lavis Cricket Club on 5 February, but the three tons came in three straight innings for him.”
Yorkshire Cricket Club finished in sixth position across the WPCA first division B’s 1o-team standings. They won nine matches and lost eight.
