North West have advertised for an assistant coach ahead of South Africa’s 2022-23 domestic season.
Assistant coach Craig Alexander was North West’s interim head coach for the second half of the 2021-22 season. Head coach Monty Jacobs had been suspended.
“Ability to persuade and influence others” and an “authentic leadership style” are listed among the behavioural skills required.
North West’s record last season
They finished in last position in division one of the 4-Day Domestic Series after six defeats and one draw in seven fixtures.
Their One Day Cup campaign yielded a third-place finish in division one after three victories, two defeats and two no-results.
They finished fifth in the eight-team T20 Challenge after three wins and four defeats.
