Northpine Cricket Club will be promoted to the 2025-26 Western Province Cricket Association first division D after ending the 2024-25 second division in second position.

Northpine Cricket Club finished 10 points behind first-placed Macassar Cricket Club and 15 ahead of third-placed Mamre Hawks Cricket Club.

“All the sacrifice, hard work and commitment paid off. It’s an even bigger achievement considering that half the first team is 18 years old and younger, meaning that our club gives opportunities to our youth and rewards selection based on performances as well as dedication,” read a statement from Northpine Cricket Club.

“Our club is a home for all as we continue the project of getting our club to the heights and leagues we deserve to play in.”
