Pinelands Cricket Club have named all-rounder Jordan Woolf captain ahead of the 2024-25 Western Province Cricket Association first division A.
Pinelands Cricket Club appointed batsman Adam Scher captain in May 2024. Scher later withdrew.
“Woolf was going to be vice-captain, so this is a natural succession with Adam no longer joining us,” Pinelands Cricket Club head coach Muneer Holmes told Club Cricket SA.
“We back Jordan entirely and believe he will do a fantastic job. We are looking forward to him expressing his leadership in his own way. We are excited for a new era under Jordan.”
Pinelands Cricket Club ended the 2023-24 WPCA first division A in sixth position. They won 12 and lost 10 matches.
