Batsman Mubashier Vallie has returned to Cravenby Cricket Club ahead of the 2023-24 Western Province Cricket Association first division C.
Vallie previously represented Pinelands Cricket Club in the WPCA first division A.
He has joined seamer Shaikh Ahmed Parker in returning to Cravenby Cricket Club. Parker has exited Rylands Cricket Club in the WPCA premier league.
“Both players started their cricketing career at Cravenby Cricket Club and progressed further as they moved to other clubs. We welcome them with open arms and are excited to see them back,” read a statement from the club.
Earlier this month, Cravenby Cricket Club announced the return of former Cape Cobras duo Shaheen Khan and Yaseen Vallie.
Khan and Vallie have left United Cricket Club and Pinelands Cricket Club, respectively. Vallie is currently contracted by Western Province.
Cravenby Cricket Club ended the 2022-23 WPCA first division C in seventh position. They won seven matches and lost 10, with one no-result.
