The Pretoria Capitals have signed former Proteas batsman Colin Ingram for the remainder of this year’s SA20.
Ingram played 31 ODIs and nine T20Is from 2010 to 2013 before pursuing a career abroad. He has since played in several domestic T20 leagues around the world.
The Pretoria Capitals currently occupy first position in the six-team SA20 standings. They have won five matches and lost two.
Former Proteas coach Graham Ford is the head coach of the Pretoria Capitals. Proteas all-rounder Wayne Parnell is their captain.
Durban’s Super Giants, meanwhile, have recruited Australian batsman Ben McDermott and England seamer David Willey.
Willey and McDermott have replaced West Indians Jason Holder and Kyle Mayers in Durban’s Super Giants squad.
