Australian fast bowler Jason Behrendroff and Ashton Turner have joined the Pretoria Capitals in the 2025 SA20.
Behrendorff and Turner, who have been capped in ODI and T20I cricket, were with the Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League recently.
The Pretoria Capitals recently lost West Indies batsman Evin Lewis and South African fast bowlers Daryn Dupavillon and Anrich Nortje. They have been sidelined by injuries.
Local seamers Matthew Boast and Gideon Peters have also been added to the Capitals’ squad.
The Capitals currently occupy fifth position on this season’s six-team points table after one win and two defeats. MI Cape Town are currently at the top of the points table.
The Sunrisers Eastern Cape are the reigning SA20 champions. They won the 2023 and 2024 titles.
