Proteas wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de Kock has joined the Durban franchise for Cricket South Africa’s new T20 league.
The franchise is owned by RPSG Sports Private Limited, who also own the Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League.
De Kock represented the Giants in the 2022 edition of the IPL.
Former Proteas all-rounder Lance Klusener will be the Durban team’s head coach. They have also signed West Indies all-rounder Jason Holder.
