Rondebosch Cricket Club have signed all-rounder Morne Pentz for the 2023-24 Western Province Cricket Association premier league.
Pentz previously played for Northerns Goodwood Cricket Club – and was awarded multiple times for success in the WPCA first division A.
Pentz was the second-highest run-scorer and joint fifth-highest wicket-taker in the 2022-23 first division A.
“I am thankful for my time at Northerns Goodwood Cricket Club. I would like to especially thank chairman Jason Wright and captain Tertius Raubenheimer,” Pentz told Club Cricket SA.
“It was a great journey there. I hope everybody can support me as I continue my journey.”
He will join a Rondebosch Cricket Club first XI that finished the 2022-23 premier league in fifth position with 11 wins, six losses, three ties and two no-results.
