The also gained fast bowler Darren Rolfe, who previously played for the District Sixers in the CPL.
Prior to the auction, the Vikings retained several players, including all-rounders Alistair Gray and Morne Pentz. They also recruited spinner Brad Petersen and wicketkeeper-batsman Dan Da Costa from the Peninsula Patriots and Bo-Kaap Phantoms, respectively.
