The SA20 have announced the Team of the Tournament after season four.
The team includes four representatives from SA20 reigning champions Sunrisers Eastern Cape – and three from runners-up Pretoria Capitals.
The Paarl Royals are represented twice in the XI. MI Cape Town and Durban’s Super Giants are represented once each. No Joburg Super Kings player was selected.
Two overseas players were included in the XI. They are Pretoria Capitals and West Indies batsman Sherfane Rutherford and Paarl Royals and Zimbabwe all-rounder Sikandar Raza.
The selection panel for the SA20 Team of the Tournament included former Proteas players AB de Villiers, Ashwell Prince and Dale Steyn – and former England captains Kevin Pietersen and Eoin Morgan.
