The Cricket South Africa awards nominees for the 2023-24 international and domestic season have been confirmed.
Coach Salieg Nackerdien, batsman David Bedingham and fast bowler Nandre Burger are among several Western Province personnel nominated for CSA awards.
“The CSA awards are a highlight of our cricketing calendar. They provide us with a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the immense talent and dedication of our players, both at the domestic and international levels,” said CSA chief executive officer Pholetsi Moseki.
“The introduction of new categories for women’s domestic cricket is a significant step forward in our commitment to promoting and professionalising the women’s game. We are proud to recognise the outstanding performances of our female cricketers who continue to inspire the next generation.”
The awards ceremony will take place in Johannesburg on 5 September.
