The Proteas will tour India later this year.
India and South Africa will contest two Tests, three ODIs and five T20Is from 14 November to 19 December 2025.
“India will host South Africa for a gripping contest across all three formats. The Test series against South Africa will be historic as Guwahati is set to host its maiden Test,” read a statement from the Board of Control for Cricket in India.
“The series will begin in Delhi on 14 November, with Guwahati hosting the second Test from 22 November,”
“India and South Africa will then battle it out in a three-match ODI series and a five-match T20I series in December, with the final ODI taking place in Ahmedabad.”
