Boland batsman Stiaan van Zyl has been included among the nominees for the division one One Day Cup Player of the Season accolade ahead of the 2021-22 Cricket South Africa awards this week.
Titans duo Heinrich Klaasen and Sibonelo Makhanya, Lions seamer Sisanda Magala and Warriors batsman Wihaan Lubbe are the other nominees for the division one One Day Cup Player of the Season award.
The division two One Day Cup Player of the Season award nominees are Mpumalanga’s Benjamin van Niekerk, KwaZulu-Natal Inland duo Keith Dudgeon and Michael Erlank, Limpopo’s Ludwig Kaestner and Northern Cape’s Beyers Swanepoel.
The award winners will be named on Sunday, 14 August.
The judging panel comprises convenor Jeremy Fredericks, commentator Natalie Germanos, cricket personality Crystal Arnold, journalists Lungani Zama and Stuart Hess – and administrator Clinton du Preez.
