South Africa Under-19 batsman Dewald Brevis has registered for the player auction ahead of the 2022 Indian Premier League.
Brevis struck 65, 104, 96 and 97, six and 138 during the recent Under-19 Cricket World Cup in the Caribbean.
Several other South Africans who have not yet been capped at Test, ODI or T20I level have also registered for this week’s auction.
These include North West fast bowler Duan Jansen, who is the brother of Proteas and Mumbai Indians star Marco Jansen.
