Seamer Tshepo Moreki has exited Western Province for the Lions ahead of South Africa’s 2023-24 domestic season.
Moreki, who has also played for the Dolphins and Titans, will accompany Proteas batsman Zubayr Hamza to the Lions.
Moreki, meanwhile, has been named in Cricket South Africa’s Invitational XI squad for this week’s fixture against the Netherlands in Pretoria.
CSA high performance manager Vincent Barnes said: “We are also looking to grow our players base amongst all our national teams and this is a chance for the uncapped players in the squad to get a feel of what is like to play at the next level.”
