Assistant coach Tumelo Bodibe has been promoted to head coach of Border for the 2023-24 domestic season in South Africa.
Bodibe, who has been with Border since mid-2021 after joining from Easterns, has succeeded former head coach Paul Adams.
Adams was not re-contracted after two seasons with Border and is currently working with South Africa Under-19.
Former Titans, Warriors and Western Province seamer Rowan Richards has replaced Bodibe as Border assistant coach.
Border, meanwhile, have signed leg-spinner Dyllan Matthews. He has previously played for Easterns, KwaZulu-Natal Inland, Lions, Cape Cobras, Warriors and several other teams.
Border have lost several players, including fast bowler Gideon Peters to North West, batsman Josh van Heerden to the Titans and spinner Thomas Kaber to South Western Districts.
