Seamer Gareth Dukes has exited the Tuskers ahead of the 2023-24 domestic season in South Africa.
Dukes has joined Mpumalanga in division two.
Mpumalanga have also gained spinner Gregory Mahlokwana, who previously played for the Titans and Knights.
Mpumalanga, meanwhile, have retained head coach Gordon Matheson and assistant coach Mbasa Gqadushe.
