All-rounders Adrian Roberts and Ahmed Bayoumy have joined Cravenby Cricket Club for the 2024-25 Western Province Cricket Association first division B.
Roberts and Bayoumy previously represented Belhar Cricket Club and Primrose Cricket Club, respectively.
“We are delighted to announce these latest additions. Both gentlemen bring a wealth of experience as skilled all-rounders,” read a statement from Cravenby Cricket Club.
Cravenby Cricket Club, who won the 2023-24 WPCA first division C title, have also signed Western Province batter Valentine Kitime from Claremont Cricket Club, Western Province Over-40 spinner Ridiwaan Williams from Mitchells Plain Cricket Club – and Proteas seamer Beuran Hendricks.
“This will undoubtedly strengthen our team as we take on the challenges of the WPCA first division B. We extend a warm welcome to Adrian and Ahmed and wish them a fantastic season ahead, filled with success and memorable moments on the field,” continued Cravenby Cricket Club’s statement.
