The Western Province Cricket Association have released a list of the teams promoted and relegated ahead of the 2022-23 club season.
The list of teams promoted and relegated were ratified at 22 June 2022’s WPCA members’ council meeting.
Noteworthy promotions and relegations
Ottoman Cricket Club‘s first and second XI have been promoted.
Avendale Cricket Club‘s first and second XI have been promoted.
Nyanga Cricket Club‘s first XI have been promoted.
Bellville Cricket Club‘s first and second XI have been relegated.
Langa Cricket Club‘s first and second XI have not been relegated despite finishing at the bottom of the WPCA premier league and reserve division A, respectively.
Gugulethu Cricket Club‘s first and second XI have not been relegated despite finishing at the bottom of the WPCA first division A and reserve division B, respectively.
