Western Province captain Kyle Verreynne, batsman David Bedingham and seamer Dane Paterson will be available for this week’s 4-Day Domestic Series, division one, fixture against North West.

Verreynne, Bedingham and Paterson will remain with Western Province despite the start of the County Championship in England this week.

Verreynne, Bedingham and Paterson will join Nottinghamshire, Durham and Middlesex, respectively, after this week’s fixture in Potchefstroom.

Western Province currently occupy fourth position on the 2024-25 4-Day Domestic Series, division one, points table. They have won two, lost one and drawn three fixtures.

Meanwhile, Boland will be without seamer Kyle Dudgeon for this week’s 4-Day Domestic Series, division one, fixture against the Titans in Centurion.

Dudgeon is Boland’s fourth-highest wicket-taker in this season’s 4-Day Domestic Series.

He has left for England to join Kent for the 2025 County Championship, division two. He will likely be named in the XI for this week’s fixture against Northamptonshire.

“I’m extremely excited to be joining Kent and help the side win matches. It’s a county with such a rich history and I’m looking to make a big impression,” said Dudgeon.

“Playing county cricket is such a big deal for South Africans and I’m looking to take this opportunity with both hands. I’d like to thank the club for showing faith in me and to the supporters; you will get every inch out of me every day.”
