Ama20 Competition premier league winner

Bellville Cricket Club beat Western Province Cricket Club in the final of the Ama20 Competition earlier this season.

Western Province Cricket Club, however, will represent Western Province at the T20 Community Cup regional play-off, against George Cricket Club from South Western Districts and Worcester United Cricket Club from Boland.

Bellville Cricket Club did not select a black African cricketer in the XI for enough fixtures and were, effectively, consequently disqualified from competing in the play-off.

The winner of the play-off will represent Western Province at the T20 Community Cup, which will likely be held in Pretoria, later this year.
