Titans high-performance manager and batting consultant Richard Das Neves has become assistant coach ahead of the 2023-24 domestic season in South Africa.
Das Neves joined the Titans in 2021 after exiting Easterns – and has also worked with Namibia and Hong Kong since.
More recently, he was with the Paarl Royals coaching staff for the inaugural edition of the SA20.
Das Neves has succeeded former Titans head coach Geoffrey Toyana, who has been named Easterns head coach.
“Richard Das Neves will move from high performance coach and batting consultant to assistant coach of the professional men’s team,” read a statement from the Titans.
Pirates Cricket Club head coach Keagan Moore has also been promoted to team analyst on a permanent basis.
Titans chief executive officer Jacques Faul said: “Congratulations on your promotions and appointments.
“I am proud of you and I know that you will add tremendous value to this organisation. You’ve all earned your new positions and I’d like to wish you well.”
