Several clubs are hosting awards ceremonies for the 2024-25 Western Province Cricket Association season.

33. Yorkshire Cricket Club
Yorkshire Cricket Club named Raees Carr and Abubakr Daniels Player of the Year and Sportsman of the Year, respectively. Sabir Mallie was given the Rashaad Pandy Award, which is named after the club’s founding member and president. Shaamiel Bey was named Veterans Player of the Year.

United Cricket Club named Yusha Gamieldien and Hishaam Luddy Cricketer of the Year and Sportsman of the Year, respectively.

31. Brackenfell Cricket Club
Brackenfell Cricket Club named Ettiene Jewell Sportsman of the Year and Denver Kleu Players’ Player of the Year. Dayyaan Behardien was named Junior Player of the Year. Jaco Castle won the All-rounder of the Year award.

Primrose Cricket Club named Ismaeel Galant Player of the Year and Yusuf Keet Sportsman of the Year.

29. Northpine Cricket Club
Northpine Cricket Club named Jason Valentine and Paul Beukes Cricketer of the Season and Sportsman of the Season, respectively. Valentine was also named Players’ Player of the Season. Sergio van Neel won the Young Player of the Season award.

Helderberg Cricket Club named Gary-Jon Sylvester and Jody Sylvester Sportsman of the Year and Player of the Year, respectively. Aiden Salie won the Most Promising Player of the Year award.

Tygerberg Cricket Club named Jancan Adams Player of the Year. Sevriano Cupido was named Sportsman of the Year. Waco Bassick won the Young Player of the Year award.

26. Blue Bells Cricket Club
Blue Bells Cricket Club named Nadeem Bedford Cricketer of the Year. He was also awarded for being the best bowler and best batsman in the first XI. Muzammil Palekar won the Sportsman of the Year award.

Hottentots Holland Cricket Club named Yaasien Railoun Sportsman of the Year. Marwaan Wanza was named Player of the Year and best bowler in the first XI. Shakoer Baderoen won the best batsman in the first XI award.

24. Rylands Cricket Club
Rylands Cricket Club named Waseem Mukuddem Players’ Player of the Year. Munowar Samsodien and Taariq Chiecktey were awarded for being the top wicket-taker and run-scorer in the first XI, respectively.

Cravenby Cricket Club named Francois Plaatjies Players’ Player of the Year and Cricketer of the Year. Yaseen Vallie won the Sportsman of the Year award.

St Augustine Cricket Club named Regan Manuel Sportsperson of the Year. Allen Potter and Amiena Sallie won the Men’s Player of the Year and Women’s Player of the Year awards, respectively.

Mitchells Plain Cricket Club named Kasief Parker Sportsman of the Year. Azra Dawood was named Sportswoman of the Year. Cullam Moses and Thomas Shunghanam won the Young Players of the Year awards.

Ottoman Cricket Club named Sohail Imran Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year – and Isma-eel Prince was named the Sportsman of the Year. The first XI won the Team of the Year award.

Kuils River Cricket Club named Verona Langenhoven and Curtley Davids Sportswoman of the Year and Sportsman of the Year, respectively. Zack Fernandez won the Cricket of the Year award.

Strandfontein Cricket Club named Taariq Moodley Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year. Keanan Mitchell won the Most Valuable Player award.

Milnerton Cricket Club named Dillon Smit Player of the Year. Craig Herman was named Veterans Cricketer of the Year and All-Rounder of the Year.

Rondebosch Cricket Club named Jordan Neill Most Outstanding Cricketer.
15. Durbanville Cricket Club
Durbanville Cricket Club named Bradley Petersen Most Valued Player. Petersen won the 2024-25 WPCA premier league title with Durbanville Cricket Club.
14. Claremont Cricket Club
Claremont Cricket Club named Josh Breed Cricketer of the Year. Breed was Claremont Cricket Club’s leading wicket-taker in the 2024-25 WPCA premier league.

Green Point Cricket Club named Gareth Roderick Player of the Season. Roderick was the leading run-scorer in the 2024-25 WPCA premier league.
12. Cape Town Cricket Club
Cape Town Cricket Club named Tristan Coetzee Cricketer of the Year. Coetzee was the 10th highest run-scorer in the 2024-25 WPCA premier league.

Western Province Cricket Club named Justin Behrens First XI Players’ Player of the Year. Behrens was the leading wicket-taker in the 2024-25 WPCA premier league for Western Province Cricket Club.
10. Macassar Cricket Club
Macassar Cricket Club named Quinton Bowman Players’ Player of the Year. Bowman has been selected for Boland Over-40.

Bergvliet Cricket Club named Ncedo Tywaku First XI Players’ Player of the Year. Tywaku joined Bergvliet Cricket Club in the WPCA first division B from Kraaifontein Cricket Club in the premier league last year.
