He will be team-mates with former West Indian batsman Narsingh Deonarine at the Silicon Valley outfit.
Former Proteas seamer Rusty Theron has been named in the Easy Bay Blazers squad.
The South African-born Willem Ludick, who plays first-class cricket in New Zealand, has been signed by the Austin Athletics.
The New Jersey Somerset Cavaliers have all-rounder Chandrapaul Hemraj, who is currently playing for the Guyana Amazon Warriors in the Caribbean Premier League, and former West Indies batsman Xavier Marshall.
The tournament was due to be played in 2020. It has been postponed to 2022 amid the coronavirus pandemic.
