Joburg Super Kings players
West Indian all-rounder Romario Shepherd and South African seamer Gerald Coetzee have joined the Jo’burg Super Kings’ pre-player auction signings.
One of the five players signed prior to the auction had to be a South African uncapped at international level. JSK opted Coetzee, who has been in the Proteas’ T20I squad, but not yet debuted.
The recruitment of former Proteas captain Faf du Plessis, England all-rounder Moeen Ali and Sri Lanka spinner Maheesh Theekshana were confirmed last week.
