The University of the Western Cape Cricket Club have signed Kent batsman Daniel Bell-Drummond for the second half of the 2022-23 Western Province Cricket Association premier league.
Bell-Drummond has been capped 141 times at first-class level since 2011’s Kent debut – and played for the England Lions.
He has also represented T20 franchises around the world, including:
- Auckland Aces in New Zealand’s Super Smash;
- Colombo Kings in Sri Lanka’s Lanka Premier League; and
- Rajshahi Kings in Bangladesh Premier League.
He has played for Birmingham Phoenix and London Spirt in The Hundred, too.
